• Provide Disclosures to  Listing Agent - Assist Sellers to complete TDS and SPQ and other required Disclosures through Glide and Docusign.

• Submit Disclosures to needed parties for review and signatures.

• Track timelines and notify Agent of Upcoming Deadlines and Contingency Removals.

• Ensure signed  Commission Instructions are submitted.

• Ensure execution of all documents to meet Compliance requirements.

• Ongoing communication with all parties.

• Upload Documents to your Broker’s Platform.
